Our salon coordinators will meet with you from the first phone call, text message, or online reservation to ensure that you are assigned the right stylist for you. You will receive appointment reminders by text messaging. We will send you reminders via text messaging if you have any questions or need to make changes. You will be greeted upon arrival and informed about the status of your appointment. In the lobby, you will find a complimentary refreshment bar with fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, cold drinks, and snacks. Our talented stylist will escort you to their styling area.The salon features both private suites or community styling areas for your comfort. Your stylist will conduct a full consultation to discuss your styling needs and color preferences. During the consultation the guest is encouraged to interact with the stylist so nothing is misunderstood. Most appointments last approximately 1 1/2 hours. All the styling areas have televisions and high speed WIFI available for your entertainment
