When I was seven years old, my father gave me a camera and told me to take pictures everywhere. Since then, I have had a camera in both my hands. After studying photography in college, I moved to Los Angeles to become a filmmaker. After graduating from the LA Film School as a director and producer I had a stint as a stuntwoman, worked on many films and music videos, and styled a Victoria Secrets commercial directed Michael Bay. After 8 years living in Los Angeles, I discovered I was pregnant and decided to choose family over Hollywood. I wanted my children to have the same childhood experience as I had, with trees, dirt and animals. So we moved north to Sonoma County.

I was able to work with an award-winning wedding photographer once again in Sonoma County. After several years of the work, I was hooked! It’s an honor being with people on one of the most important days of their lives. To tell the story of it. To capture the beauty, the excitement, the drama of it all.

Weddings require a few extra skills. You have to be quick to adjust, be good under stress and be able to work with all kinds of people and personalities in any situation or circumstance handed to you. Every job I do brings out my creative side. My travels and career in the film industry had prepared me for this job perfectly!
